Phương pháp này không liên quan đến việc mất kiểm soát hay chịu ảnh hưởng từ bên ngoài. Thay vào đó, nó tác động vào các hệ thống chú ý, trí nhớ, và liên tưởng — vốn đã được ghi nhận rõ ràng trong tâm lý học nhận thức và khoa học thần kinh.
Phương pháp của tôi
Công việc của tôi kết hợp thôi miên trị liệu lâm sàng với các phương pháp chuyển hóa có cấu trúc, bao gồm Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), trong một khung tư duy hệ thống rộng hơn. Với nền tảng Khoa học Máy tính và hơn một thập kỷ kinh nghiệm tại IBM với vai trò Nhà khoa học Dữ liệu và Tư vấn Chiến lược AI, tôi tiếp cận hành vi con người như một hệ thống phức tạp gồm các khuôn mẫu tương tác lẫn nhau.

The combined treatment group reported lower pain intensity, reduced disability, and improved daily functioning within two weeks. Hypnosis also reduced pain catastrophizing, a key factor in chronic pain.
